I have been designing and making bears and their friends since 1991.  Known for my humor and attention to detail, my animals and cloth dolls have been shown and sold worldwide.  Although I enjoy many other artistic mediums, dabbling and creating in fabric is, by far, my favorite.

CEAD MILE FAILTE...which means  "a hundred thousand Welcomes"... Standing 4.75" tall, this fellow was made from a hand dyed pale yellow imported long pile.  He was 5X jointed with nuts/bolts, wired, then filled with a combination of glass pellets and fiber.  His eyes are German glass and his features were embroidered and needle sculpted.  His nose was lacquered for shine.  He wears a lace trimmed ruffle and carries a hand made sign.

BELIEVE IN LOVE...ready for a hug, this gentle bear stands 3.25" tall, and was made from a hand dyed creamy imported medium pile.  She was 5X jointed with cotter pins, wired, then filled with a combination of glass pellets and fiber.  Her eyes are German glass, and her features were embroidered and needle sculpted.  She wears a glittery triple ruffle with a Believe in Love charm, and stands atop a vintage jeweled trinket box.

HARLEQUIN...standing 4.75" tall (add another 1.75" for his hat), Harlequin was made from hand dyed blue and green, imported Xtra long pile.  He was 5X jointed with nuts/bolts, wired, then filled with a combination of glass pellets and fiber.  His eyes are German glass, and his features were embroidered and needle sculpted.  He wears a double ribbon ruffle and carries a beaded scepter.

DELIGHT IN THE LITTLE THINGS...of course!  This little guy stands 3.5" tall, and was made from a hand dyed pale green, imported medium pile.  He was 5X jointed with cotter pins, wired, then filled with a combination of glass pellets and fiber.  His eyes are German glass, and his features were embroidered and needle sculpted.  He wears a multi-colored hand dyed silk ruffle and carries a hand made sign.

SHELTER FROM THE STORM...this teeny tiny bear has sought refuge in an old , wooden, hardware mailing box.  He stands 2.25" tall, and was made from a hand dyed antique gold medium pile.  He was 5X jointed with cotter pins, then filled with a combination of steel pellets and fiber.  He wears a wired, wool felt scarf that is blowing in the wind.  A gem decorated snowflake decorates the inside of the box.
